Hi all, Well it is very true that their services is not that great.. I am just getting out of my 20 yrs money back policy after having so much of troubles during the tenure of the policy.

Key notes : Agent keeps following up on premium up until he gets his portion of commission. When commission stops the premium payment followup stops. Once you move countries then its so difficult to communicate with the agent who had promised a lot of benefits and then you have to deal with their customer service who treat you like a complete stranger, with a lack of understanding that its policy owners money on which they get their commission and salaries. If you dont pay premiums on time they there is a automatic loan and you pay a high Interest, at times if the agent has forgotten to updated to put the policy on auto hold for premiums when you are moving between countries, then again you land up paying for all the years and with a APL Interest.

At the time of maturity they dont communicate that amount is due for repayment and take their own time for transfer of funds.

Here the company should pay Interest on funds held with them till the money is transferred back to policy holder. Their promises on yearly bonus and dividends, no proper clarity on how they calculate, if you get what they promised you are lucky.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Prompt on payments and good website, Maturity payments are delayed.

I didn't like: Poor customer service, Poor resolution provided.
