Resolved: Horrible Surrender experience
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Just perseverance
Then they said that the forms are not really what they want, but they need the process of online surrender to be initiated via their website.
After the Website was updated with all the details they started just asking for some or other more forms to be filled. The forms were digitally signed which is accepted by all the banks worldwide however it was rejected and another waiver kind of letter was requested.
In all this process i have lost at least 2 months and still no assurance or date to have the money in my account. Whenever i call the Customer care they just say that my surrender is just stuck at last step.

Do not invest with Metlife
Never invest your savings in a place where you dont have access to your money when you need it. Metlife tricks you in their investments schemes with false promises to make money.
You lose all of the payments made if you decide to stop before 5 years. A high percentage of people fail to pay premiums for so many years and end up losing the money with Metlife taking all the funds without giving anything back

Don't ever buy any plan with Metlife. I lost about $4000 my enrolling their plan. Poor communication. They only care to take your money away from you.
They don't inform you anything about the money.
